Shipping Information – Handmade Woodland Lampshades & Art Prints
At Ceridwen Hazelchild Design, every handmade lampshade is crafted to order in my Cotswolds studio, while giclée art prints are sent directly from my trusted UK printers. I aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. During busy times – especially in the run-up to Christmas – this may take a little longer, but I’ll always do my best to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
I use Royal Mail, Evri, or a reliable courier for all deliveries, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
UK Delivery:
- Dispatch within 5 working days
- Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days after dispatch
- Standard delivery: Free on all orders
International Delivery:
I currently only ship within the UK and am unable to offer international delivery at this time.
Every order is carefully packaged using recycled or plastic-free sustainable materials, ensuring your nature-inspired home décor arrives safely.
Returns
I hope you love your order, but if something’s not quite right, I’m here to help.
If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt.
Please note:

Custom or personalised items can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as products from our “Seconds Sale” and “Sample Sale”.
- Additional non-returnable items include Gift cards and Downloadable products.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We make every effort to ensure your products are perfectly made and packaged safely. If your order is faulty or has been damaged on its way to you, please get in touch so we can address this issue. design@ceridwenhazelchild.co.uk
Gifts
We can only offer refunds via the payment method that the order was originally paid for with. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, I can only provide refunds in response to requests by the original purchaser, via the original payment method. You will need to contact the individual who placed the order before a refund can be processed. Once the returned item is received in line with the above return specifications, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Return Shipping
Please email us before returning your order so that we know to expect the package and can tell you the return delivery address. design@ceridwenhazelchild.co.uk
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty. If you are shipping an item over £30, we recommend using a trackable service. Always obtain a Proof of Postage receipt as you will need this you make a claim in case your parcel goes missing.
