Christmas Delivery 2021
Last Order Dates for Christmas:
International: Wednesday 1st December 2021
UK (for Giclee Art Prints): Tuesday 14th December 2021
UK (for everything else): Friday 17th December 2021
Orders will still be posted after these dates, and could still arrive in time for Christmas, but unfortunately we are unable to guarantee it. As always, we recommend choosing the 'Tracked and Signed' delivery option at the checkout.
Standard Delivery Policy:
FREE UK standard postage across the site.
International Shipping costs and Tracked/Signed Postage costs are based on the weight and size of your order and will be calculated at the checkout.
The “Tracked Delivery” option available at the checkout is recommended, particularly if ordering from outside the UK.
UK Delivery: 3-5 days
Worldwide Delivery: 8-30 days
Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 40 days of payment.
Incorrect Delivery Addresses:
Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. Orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded unless the parcel is returned to us. If you accidently put an incorrect delivery address when placing your order, please email us as soon as possible so we can put the correct address on your parcel before it is posted. We will do our best to help locate parcels which have been sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, but please understand that this can be very difficult unless ‘Tracked and Signed’ delivery was selected, and it is the customer’s responsibility to contact anyone living that the address provided in order to locate the parcel.
Uncollected Parcels:
Some orders which are too large to fit through a letterbox or require a signature may be held at a local mail sorting office until the customer can collect the parcel. It is customer’s responsibility to check with the local mail office and collect the parcel. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us after a certain period of time. Once the parcel has been safely returned to us we can either resend the parcel to the customer for an additional postage fee or refund the value of the items. Please note that unfortunately we are unable to refund the postage in such cases.
