ORDERING
How do I place an order?
Just add the items you would like to your cart and click Checkout. Add your delivery and billing information and follow the prompts for payment.
Do you do custom designs?
I don’t do custom designs at the moment, but some of my products can be personalised with names for wedding gifts or birthday gifts.
How long before you ship my order?
I aim to dispatch orders within three working days of receiving payment. For some of my products, such as lampshades, I advise five working days before dispatch, due to the time it takes to make them.
How long does shipping take?
UK: 1-3 working days from dispatch.
Europe: 7-30 working days from dispatch.
Rest of the World: 7-30 working days from dispatch.
Orders are sent via The Royal Mail, and there may be slight delays during busy holiday seasons.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. Orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded unless the parcel is returned to us. If you accidently put an incorrect delivery address when placing your order, please email us as soon as possible so we can put the correct address on your parcel before it is posted. We will do our best to help locate parcels which have been sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, but please understand that this can be very difficult unless ‘Tracked and Signed’ delivery was selected, and it is the customer’s responsibility to contact anyone living that the address provided in order to locate the parcel.
I need my order quickly!
If you need something more quickly, please get in touch and I will do what I can in terms of dispatching your order quickly, but please understand that once the parcel has been posted, it is out of our control.
Can I buy Ceridwen Hazelchild Design products in person?
I take part in art trails, craft fairs, and markets in and around the Bristol area, throughout the year. You can see a list of upcoming markets HERE.

Unfortunately we are unable to take any more wholesale customers at this current time.
Can I get a discount?
I occasionally offer discount codes on my newsletter and social media pages.
Faulty Products
We make every effort to ensure your products are perfectly made and packaged safely. If your order is faulty or has been damaged on its way to you, please get in touch so we can address this issue. design@ceridwenhazelchild.co.uk
